we're currently investigating an issue where some private messages to/from other instances aren't being sent out or received. Please comment below if you have encountered this problem - any information could be helpful in narrowing down the cause.

Unfortunately, Friendica isn't well supported by the different mobile apps that exist for the fediverse. If you use Chrome or another Chromium-based browser (e.g. Vanadium, Vivaldi), you can do the following instead:

• Open friendica.au in your browser
• Find the option Add page to home screen
• Select Install

This will install friendica.au as a web app which behaves similar to a native app.

Play around with different theme settings (under Settings -> Display) to find the one that works best for your mobile device!

Our Friendica instance is less than a week old and still under development, but people are starting to find us - so welcome to our first users!

Even though things may still change a bit it should be mostly stable. So if you found us, feel free to bring in others who might be interested and help bring this place to life!
